Sustainability Policy

ATLASICA® is committed to operating sustainably and reducing its environmental impact. This sustainability policy will cover a few practices that we have diligently embraced within our work to ensure a minimal impact on the environment.

Resources:

When we operate our business, we do so with limited resources, ensuring we do not waste them. As they say, “Measure twice, cut once.”

Computers:

To operate this business, we only use laptops to deliver long working hours on battery. Our website is not hosted solely on a server; we share this resource with other businesses. However, this may change the moment we will provide online courses.

Lights:

Our offices have LED lights, and we use them as little as possible.

Electrical Equipment:

Apart from our laptops, all of our electrical equipment has an energy efficiency rating as close to the A+ as possible.

Paperless:

Most of our business is paperless. Accounts are kept digital, with a few digital hard drive copies. Our invoices are sent via email in a digital format. We do have a printer with dried ink. 😊

Recycling:

We do recycle, following the instructions from Hammersmith and Fulham Council.

Purchasing:

When purchasing items, whenever possible, we ensure that these are responsibly sourced. If an item is not urgent, we order it as part of a large order. And we carefully plan not to have many urgencies.

Transport:

To carry out our necessary work, we use public transport or bikes. We do not use private cars or electric vehicles. We do fly using shared commercial airlines when it is needed for business. We allocate work as close to our employees’s homes as possible.

Business Partners:

Our business partners have values similar to ours. Therefore, we strongly encourage the responsible use of the resources and keep them sustainable.
