We assess your actual need for each service level, and we market-test through reputable service providers. We take each service provider through our vetting process to ensure it is available to deliver as per your organisation’s needs.
Contract Performance Management
To remove any doubt or confusion, we set key performance indicators and negotiate for these to be part of additional clauses in the contract, offering the opportunity to claim back for omitted, incomplete, or unsatisfactory services. Contracted service providers can come with excellent recommendations, but since different quality of service may be required, we ensure the contract is adjusted to reflect your organisation’s needs.

When organisations procure new contracts without involving a professional contracts manager, they hope and aspire that the contractor will carry out their work as per their presentation.
